If you are utilizing Music Player Daemon (MPD), yaMPC presents a variety of complimentary features worth exploring. The initial setup process for yaMPC with your MPD is straightforward. It is advisable to consult the tutorial for guidance; simply select "App Support" on this page, followed by "Link to yaMPC Tutorial."

Complimentary Features:
<ul>
<li>Register and switch between multiple MPD Servers with ease.</li>
<li>The Scan button automatically detects MPD versions 0.20 and later (Zeroconf must be enabled), in addition to Volumio or MoOde.</li>
<li>User-friendly settings for Cover Arts are available for MPD versions 0.21 and later, as well as Volumio or MoOde.</li>
<li>The Queue scene provides a list of songs in the current Queue or Playlist, allowing you to play a selected song with a tap, as well as edit or clear the queue.</li>
<li>In the Queue and Play scenes, users can play, pause, skip to the next song, revisit the previous song, and engage random or repeat play modes. Fast forward and rewind are facilitated through dedicated buttons or a slide bar, alongside volume control options.</li>
<li>The Albums scene displays albums complete with cover arts, album titles, and artists’ names. Users can filter albums based on title or artist information.</li>
<li>The Albums songs sub-scene allows users to view tracks from a selected album, with options to add songs to the Queue or play them directly.</li>

<li>The Browse scene provides access to Genres, Artists, Composers, Playlists, or Folder contents, with filtering capabilities for any text input. Users can explore albums and songs by clicking on items in the list.</li>
